Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what Loyalty LTD (“we,” “us”), the operator of yourlocalhandyman.pro and the Loyal Home Services Connector network, stores when you use this site. The short version: we help you find a local service provider to call. We don't ask for your name, phone number, email, street address or date of birth, and we never sell the little we do keep.
What we store
- The answers you enter on our online request form: the service you need, your project answers, your timeline, your ZIP code and your property type, along with which site you used and when.
- Your IP address, recorded with your submission.
- An email address, only if you choose to give one for a confirmation. We use it once to send your receipt. It isn't saved with your request, and we never use it to contact you again, add it to a list or share it.
- How you use the site: a script on our pages logs session activity, such as pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, scrolling and time on page, along with your IP address, browser and device type. We use this only to see which content is useful and to make our sites more helpful.
What we don't collect
Our form does not ask for your name, phone number, street address, date of birth or any financial or credit information. Please don't type any of these into the form. Email is optional and used only for the one receipt described above. We do not run credit checks, and we do not call, text or market to you.
Phone calls
When you call a number on this site, our phone carrier and call-routing provider receive your caller ID, call time and duration so the call can be connected to a local provider. We use this only to route and bill calls. We do not use it for marketing and we never sell it.
Why we store it
- To understand what services people are looking for in each area.
- To keep our sites working, secure and protected from abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don't use your answers, session activity or IP address to contact you, build a marketing profile of you, or target ads to you.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data, and we don't share it with contractors or marketers. Form answers are not sent to the provider you call. We share data only with service providers who host our sites and deliver our email, under contracts that bar them from using it for anything else; with authorities when the law requires it; and with a successor if our business is transferred, who must keep this policy's promises.
How long we keep it
We delete session activity logs 6 months after the visit, and form submissions and their IP addresses 12 months after you submit them. After that we keep only totals that can't be traced to a person or an IP address, such as the number of roofing requests in a ZIP code.
Deleting your data
Because we don't collect your name or contact details, your IP address is how we find your submissions. To have them deleted, use the form on Your Privacy Choices. It fills in your current IP address for you, or you can enter a different one. We delete every submission and session log tied to that IP address within 30 days. Most home internet providers change your IP address from time to time, so if you have used other networks, send each IP address you want deleted. You can also email privacy@loyalhomesservicesconnector.com.
Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. Send requests through Your Privacy Choices or to privacy@loyalhomesservicesconnector.com, and include the IP address you used. We will never treat you differently for exercising your rights. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof that they are authorized.
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. Since we don't sell or share data for advertising, there is nothing further to opt out of.
Children
This site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We protect what we store with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. We will not start selling data or collecting contact details without first changing this policy.
